All parcels are shipped as insured packages with DHL, GLS or DHL Express.

You will receive the tracking code for every order from us. This allows you to check directly on which day and at what time your parcel will be delivered. In most cases, you can also use this information to specify a preferred delivery date or reschedule the already announced delivery date.

When stating the total delivery time, we calculate with parcel service transit times of approx. 1–3 days. Within Germany, delivery takes approx. 1–2 working days after dispatch. For standard parcels, we have no influence on the actual transit time. For the shipping method "Express parcel", the guaranteed transit time by the parcel service provider within Germany is 24 hours.

If delivering to a Packstation, DHL parcel must be selected. The total delivery time (production + shipping) is displayed for each product on the product page. Delivery times are calculated based on the quantity of products selected in the shopping cart and are displayed directly on the product page.

If you would like to collect your products, this is possible at our location in Teltow (near Berlin). In this case, simply select "Collection" as the shipping method during your order. Shipping costs are clearly communicated again on the product pages, in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components. Within the EU, intra-Community supplies of goods for businesses are VAT-free. In this case, please provide your VAT identification number during the order process. For deliveries to countries outside the EU, country-specific customs costs may apply. This applies, for example, to deliveries to Switzerland. Please note that we have no influence on the collection of customs duties.
