How can I design my buttons?
You can design your buttons using the free Button Designer or create your print data directly in graphic software. Alternatively, you can simply upload a photo, and we will adjust it so that it is displayed optimally on the button.
What are the most popular button sizes for events or merchandise?
The most popular button sizes are 37 mm and 56 mm. These are particularly suitable for event or merchandise buttons because they are larger than 25 mm buttons and provide more space for your design. 37 mm buttons are ideal for logos and images, while for names and small text, we recommend the 56 mm buttons. All pin-back buttons are tested and certified according to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 (Certificate No.: FL025 252902).
Are there sustainable and recyclable button materials?
All our buttons are made of tinplate and paper. The paper is FSC-certified and comes from responsibly managed forests. The metal parts are fully recyclable and can be reused. You can also send your buttons back to us after use, and we will handle the recycling.
Is there a minimum order quantity for printed buttons?
No, you can print all buttons individually starting from just 1 piece. There is no minimum order quantity. However, if you order larger quantities of buttons, you can benefit from our discounted tiered pricing.
How quickly will my buttons be delivered?
Your buttons are usually delivered within a few days. The final delivery time depends on the total quantity. For example, 500 buttons are generally delivered faster than 10,000 pieces. The delivery time is displayed on the product pages and in the shopping cart after you enter the quantity—before you place your order.
Where are my buttons produced?
Your buttons are produced in Teltow near Berlin. There, the buttons are printed, pressed, and assembled. Most of the raw materials for your buttons come from the USA.
What button surfaces are available?
We offer three different button surfaces. The classic version is glossy, while for a special look, the matte or soft-touch options are ideal. You can configure this on the product page.

Can I pick up my buttons?
You can pick up your buttons during our business hours. Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email notification. Please select Pickup as the shipping method if you wish to collect your buttons on-site in Teltow near Berlin.

All buttons from Button-King are available in matt, soft-touch or glossy and have a scratch-resistant and durable premium surface. We have developed an innovative process that provides your buttons with optimal protection and a very high-quality look. Unlike many other button manufacturers, we do not use an extra plastic film on the button. Most of the buttons from Button-King are provided with a protective coating that ensures higher abrasion resistance and longer durability of the buttons. With this protective coating, you can choose between matt and glossy surfaces. Customize pin buttons are “Made in Germany”.

Do you need button samples?
We are happy to send you buttons and magnets as free samples before you order. Please note that we always print free samples with motifs of our choice. If you need a sample of a button and magnet with your motif, please order one piece. If you place your main order with us later, you will receive a credit for this amount.
