Print templates for badges and magnets
You have two options for creating your print template for buttons and magnets:
1. use the online designer on the product page. We recommend this option for most users.
2. Download print templates and create the design in graphics software. For professionals only!
For all other personalized products, please only use our online designer.
The print templates can be opened and edited with all common programs. You can download the print templates on this page in the formats PSD, EPS, JPEG and AI (depending on the product). These print templates contain the correct dimensions so that you can create your own print data for buttons, magnets and stickers. You can then upload the generated print data directly during your order or send it to us by email afterwards.
Important notes
- Please always place logos and fonts at least 2 mm from the inner edge
- Create print data in CMYK, colors from the RGB color space are converted
- Please remove the guide lines from the templates
- Provide the template in as high a resolution as possible. We recommend 300 dpi.
- Do not use small fonts (< 8 PT), these are often illegible on the buttons and magnets
- Save the print data in PDF/X-3 format
- Use the FOGRA39 color profile

What do the rings in the print templates mean?
The templates each contain two rings or areas. The inner ring is the area on the buttons and magnets that is completely visible on the front. Please make sure that all important elements (texts, logos) of your buttons are located in the inner circle and have a 2 mm gap to the edge of the inner circle.
The outer ring represents the folded edge. This area will not be in the direct field of vision later, but will be folded back to fix it in place. If you use a colored background, this should fill the inner and outer circle. The rings in the design templates are for your orientation, please remove the inner circle in the final template, otherwise it will be printed. Please leave the outer circle in the print template.
