What is the difference between pins with soft and hard enamel?
In the soft enamel process, we add soft enamel paste by hand to the embossed base plate. The metal ridges that result from the embossing separate the individual colors from each other. Color gradients cannot be realized with this manufacturing process. Pins made of hard enamel are produced in a similar way to those made of soft enamel. However, they differ in that they are made of a harder base material (brass). Furthermore, instead of the soft enamel, a powder is used that is baked into the pin at high temperatures. This gives the pin with hard enamel by far the highest scratch resistance.
What are pins with 2D relief embossing?
In this case, the motif is embossed exclusively into the pin. No colors are applied. Instead, the pin is polished at the raised points and sandblasted in the recesses to create a matte finish. If you require a colored pin with relief embossing, a pin with soft enamel is the right choice for you.
Where are my pins produced and how quickly will I receive them?

Here we have been working with a few selected manufacturers for years and can thus ensure high quality, reasonable prices and fast delivery.
